Yes, she was something! She was a country flappers one could say, fashion was not for her though but any kind of adventure was. She wanted to fly to the moon too but was born too early for that. She was born 1897.

She flew with small glider airplanes before the 1920’s and in the 1930’s. Her 5 children and husband were watching below, my father remembers. She also sailed with friends all her life and met her husband, my grandfather, on the sailingtrip with the boat Isabella on the pictures from 1919 below. She also went cross country sking in Lapland in the 1920’s my grandfather.
