As a 4th generation farm transitioning back to sustainable methods, Olden Produce grows over 50 different varieties of vegetables, and maintains a fruit orchard, 16 bee hives and over 400 free ranged chickens for eggs. Produce is offered through a 200-member CSA, at farmer’s markets, wholesale to restaurants, and onsite farm sales. New for summer 2013 is a local food market and artisan incubator kitchen! Interns will have the opportunity to get involved in everything that it takes to run a successful small farm business, including harvesting, greenhouse production, open field production…
